Join us for Humane Indiana’s Paws in the Park, a day packed with tail-wagging fun! All of the classic Paws in the Park highlights are back, including the 1-mile dog-friendly walk through Community Park (This traditional walk kicks off the event each year, and this year, participation in the walk is easier than ever! Simply make a donation of any size to Humane Indiana when you arrive at the event; no registration necessary!). Also join us for the WestMunster Doggy Fashion Show, Vendor Marketplace, Raffles, Food Trucks, 3 Floyds Beer Garden, and Live Music! This family and pet friendly event is not to be missed - check out the full event schedule below!

2025 Schedule of Events:

  • 9:00 - 9:30am - event begins; Dog-Friendly Walk Check-In/Registration (New this year! No pre-registration for the walk is necessary; admission for this year’s walk is donation based! Simply make a donation of any size to Humane Indiana when you check in at the event!)

  • 9:00am - Vendor Marketplace opens

  • 9:45am - presentation of the flag and National Anthem

  • 10:00am - One-Mile Dog-Friendly Walk through the park

  • 10:30am - K-9s in Action: Munster Police and K-9 Live Demonstration

  • 11:00am - WestMunster Doggy Fashion Show - bring your pup dressed in a costume and/or accessories of your choice to compete for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes!

  • 11:00am - 3 Floyds Beer Garden Opens

  • 12:00pm - Foster 101 Program: Everything you need to know to open your heart & home

Vendors

We kindly ask that all vendors plan to attend from 9:00am - 2:00pm at a minimum. Of course, the fun goes all day long, so we’d love for you to stay for the full event if you’re able to, which wraps up at 7:00pm. All vendors should plan to bring their own tables/table coverings, chairs, and (optional) a pop up tent with stakes/weights.
