Labor Day Mini Camp – Insect Diversity and Ecology
Spend your Labor Day exploring the fascinating world of insects! This hands-on camp invites curious kids to catch, observe, and learn all about the many insects that call our prairies and forests home. We’ll discover why insects are so important, how they fit into the bigger picture of our ecosystem, and even make our own insect terrariums and nature-inspired crafts. With plenty of time outdoors and fun, interactive lessons, it’s the perfect way to spend the holiday while connecting with nature.
